Mint Chutney
Ingredients:
- Coriander Leaves 1 bunch
- Mint Leaves 1bunch
- Green Chillies 4
- Seedless Tamarind 1 spoon
- Salt as per taste
- Onion 1 small
- Ginger 1 small piece
Preparation:
Wash mint,coriander,ginger and green chillies and grind it to
a rough paste. Add salt to taste.
Add sliced onion and make a smooth paste.
Your chutney is ready.
Enjoy with samosas, kachories and dhoklas
