Cauliflower Special

Ingredients : ½ kg whole
cauliflower
6 cloves garlic
1" piece ginger
2 green chillies
2 red chillies
2 tbsp oil
a bunch of coriander leaves
1 tsp jeera
¼ kg tomatoes
2 onions
½ cup curds
1 sprig curry leaves
salt to taste
Method :
Take out the leaves of cauliflower. Make slits in its stalk
with knife.
Wash in salt solution.
Cook on steam for at least 5 minutes in pressure cooker without
weight.
Grind ginger, garlic and chillies to make a fine paste. Grate
onions.
Sauté curry leaves and cumin in hot oil.
When jeera crackles, put grated onion and sauté till it turns
brown.
Put the ground paste and fry for another 2 minutes.
Put whole cauliflower, tomato bits and salt.
Cook till completely done. Put curds.
Allow to simmer for a few minutes.
Take out from flame.
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
