Bhindi Masala

Ingredients:
• 500 gms Bhindi
• 2 Onions
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp Mango powder
• 1 tsp Red chili
• 1 tsp Garam masala
• 3 tbsps Oil
• Salt to taste
Preparation Method:
• Cut Bhindi
into halves.
• Stuff turmeric powder, mango powder, red chili, garam
masala and salt into sliced Bhindi and keep it aside.
• Cut the onions and fry it till it turns brown.
• Add sliced Bhindi and fry it till it turns
crisp.
Serve it with hot chapati and curd.
